I hope you've been dating for more than a year, if not I will tell you that Valentine's Day will kill your relationship.

It scares the bejeebers out of men. There's always the pressure of disappointment from you and a competitive camaraderie he is forced to have with your girlfriends and their fabulous Valentine gifts.

So if you haven't been dating long, take the pressure off and agree not to make a big thing out of it. If this isn't your first Valentine's day, take the initiative for once and go to Victoria's Secret for something the both of you will enjoy without having to go out with all the other couples (some of whom might be accepting (eek!) marriage proposals).

My Love wrote me a valentine poem and left it, folded by my breakfast plate.
He died and I framed it.
I'll read it again.
I think of him every day.
I love him.

You should get him a football signed by a football player if he likes football then get him tickets to a football game... (for you, him, his friend and his friends love one!)
