When I had to make the choiuce of whether i would take antideppresseants, I pinned up the prescription from the doctor on a wall and began to workout! I would look at that prescription and told my self at any given time I could go to the pharmacy and get the bottle of pills, but I refused to! Excercising and working out has proven to be the best form of therapy

Yes. It is the best natural treatment for depression. Even a daily half hour walk is very helpful. It naturally increases your endorphins and serotonin level. Laughter helps too. Watch zany comedy movies or programs.

Definitely! "They" say it's the equivalent of a Prozac.
I think anti-depressants should be the last resort, but if you *need* them, there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with taking them.

It helps me. while exercise you get so busy paying attention to what your doing that it clears your mind of everything.
exercise it self makes one feel good.

yes, it is definitely something you can do to make yourself feel better. it can't cure depression, but the more you get out and about the better you will feel.
