What were the "Soviet demands in the Mediterranean" at Potsdam?

The Grolier Multimedia Encyclopedia states that one issue at the Potsdam Conference of 1945 was "Soviet demands in the Mediterranean region." I assume this refers to Italy and Greece. Is this a fair assumption? And what exactly were those demands? Thanks.

I believe Stalin wanted naval bases in Italy.
