Lately, I have noticed that when I wake up after a short sleep (ie. a nap or restless sleep at night) sometimes just my left eye feels really sore and I have a hungover feeling. I haven't drank anything at all, just have the cloudy headache. This can happen after just having a short nap too.

In full disclosure, I have had really bad sleep habits lately, not sure why. Just sometimes only sleep about 4 hours and I'm up. Are these things related?

It could be just that you're not sleeping well. Or it might be allergies or sinus problems. Do you have any other allergy/sinus problems like runny or stuffy nose or itchy, watery eyes, sneezing, etc? If so, take some medicine for those symptoms before you sleep and see if that helps.

I would bet they are...Sleep is alot more important than mot people realize. Obviously you have issues going on that won't let you relax. May I suggest 2 big spoons of Nyquil, followed by 2 shots of Jack Daniels, to rid the nasty nyquil taste. 30 minutes later you sleeping like a baby on shot of nyquil. Bet you'll feel alot better when you wake up.

My eyes stings when over-tired.
4 hours isn't much, you really need 6-8 hours.
