Kevin Federline shot a commercial for Nation Wide Insurance. It is going to appear during the Super Bowl. You can read about it here: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,246286,00.html
and watch it on comcast.net
Tell me why it's offensive. Funniest answer receives full points.
I'll start this off: The fast food industry is above Federline. (I'd be offended too if I was compared to him in any way.)

I think it's funny. That said, the problem with the commercial isn't that it is offensive to individuals, but that it's offensive to the corporations and the bigwigs in these corporations who are in charge of ensuring that their shareholders make money. Commercials work, that's why there are so many of them, and showing fast food restaurants in a negative light could very well damage their bottom line. I don't personally believe that it will hurt the money making ability of fast food restaurants, but that is the argument. The National Restaurant Association works on behalf of restaurants (not their minimum wage employees) so they can say it's offensive to the common worker all they want, I don't believe that is really their position.

Because the minimum-waged, middle class, average fast-food worker became offended when the representative of their field of work was some dude that made a song called "popozao"

Hahaha. I laughed as soon as I read this story. Some people are just too sensative. It seems like whatever you do these days is going to set off some group.
