Yes but especially when the salesperson goes through a long speech or you have to type a bumch of things in before you learn about the shipping. Its a waste of both our times. Im not going to feel obligated because my time was wasted. In fact,I wont buy it no matter what,Im not open to be scammed.

i agree with that statement because it isn't free if u have to pay for anything or sign up for anything.

I think you are right, most time that 's all it is. Plenty of bargains out there, but the S&H will kill you. Buyer beware really applies.
