i seriously need help
the melted plastic container is STUCK on the rack
i really needa get it off
please help??

The easiest way would be to burn it off , OUT SIDE . Just wondering if this is the result of the earlier question about breathing in fumes from plastic .... lol

if its a self cleaning oven then remove scrape as much off as you can by hand and then put it through a cleaning cycle... If its not a self cleaner then just turn the oven up as far as it will go and burn it off for about an hour.... It will smell but this will go away

I put about 2 cups of amonia in a plastic garbage bag. Put the racks in it, seal it up tight with a twisty and leave it over night or all day. You can wash them easily with no scrubbing.

I would take it outside and use a blow torch on it to heat it up and get the plastic soft so I could knock off the remaining plastic off

You should try to use a little amount of warm and clear normal light color engine oil to remove it.
