Or as silly as it sounds, being on top during sex is the BEST ab work out.

I train with the boxing team at my school and we work on ab routines a lot. There are around 15 different kinds that we do, but here are a few:
1. Lie flat on your back, hands under your butt for balance. Counting to 30, 50, or 100, lift each leg alternately up and down. Always keep your legs straight and at least 6 inches off the ground
2. This one has the same concept of #1, but this time, you move your legs horizontally, right to left, and overlapping eachother.
3. Lie of your back, again hands under your butt. Bring your knees up to your chest and then all the way out, 6 inches above the ground. Do the same repetitions are you did in the other ones.
4. This one is tougher and you will need an assistant. You lie on your back with your knees bent and feet about 6 inches from your butt. They will stand at your feet with a medicine ball, you can find them pretty much anywhere. They come in many different weights, so don't worry about getting hurt. What you do is have them hold the ball straight out, over your stomach and drop it. It will cause your abs to contract. You will then do a sit up with the ball, handing it back to them, and lie back down Then you can continue having them drop it on the middle of your torso, or you can turn to the side and concentrate on the "love handles"
