Well, the three primary colors on the color wheel are red, blue, and yellow.
If you are asking about the most widely chosen colors, I think that they would be blue and pink. My personal favorites are red and pink. I think that pink is an adorable color, but red is the color that describes my personality (not to mention that a deep red is beautiful.

Technically, the primary colors change depending on if they're a pigment or light

as for pigments, it is red, blue and yellow.
or if you want to get specific, your inkjet printer will base all of its colors off of cyan, magenta, yellow and black inks.
