my computers is typing numbers and +s instead of letters. i havent had that problem before.anyone know what that can be? its a dell inspiron 3800 if that helps.

You must have been in a page that asked you to choose between "abc" and "123". If you inadvertently clicked on the 123 everything you type thereafter will be numbers rather than letters.

It sounds like you turned Num Lock on by mistake. Usually just press your FN or Function Key and then one of the "F Keys" will have writing that has Numlock printed on it. That should solve your issue.

You perchance have NUM LOCK on. seem on the first row of keys for some thing that announces Num Lk or Scr Lk and press it to exhibit it off. in case you let us know what type of Averatec computer you've we will be able to allow you to recognize precisely the position the secret's.

Your Fn key is probly stuck. Try unsticking it. Or turning numlock off.

Chances are you have pushed the "FN" key and one of the "F" keys to activate the '# keypad' that covers several of the letter and character keys.
