Anybody had this problem?
Are there moderators who look at each question and decide if it is worthy or not?

there is a robot moderator, and he's a weirdo. He ditches questions for the strangest of reasons. Tomorrow, you will have a violation notice.
Treat the robot like an unfamiliar and nervous doberman. Nice robot, good robot, yes... that stuff. Whatever annoyed him, don't post it again.

I have always had the question show up, but it doesn't load on the page that I'm viewing since there are so many questions being asked that by the time I look at it, its already on another page. I can always find it on my profile, or if I look at the subcategory page its there.

Yes - I've posted 3 this evening, and only one has showed up. Most annoying.
