It depends on what you need. If you need 3's then keep Head, thats all he shoots, Tinsley is usually consistant, the others can be replaced.

Tough question, I would definitely keep Head, he seems to be producing pretty well.
Tinsley is maddeningly inconsistent to me, he might get you 20 points and 10 assists one night then have 8 points, 3 assists and 5 turnovers the next, plus he's due for another injury soon. However, I'd take him over the other three.

Smush, Patterson and Butler is kind of a toss-up.
Butler would be my pick, hes actually playing well as of late, hes ranked 68th in yahoo leagues based off averages in the last month. Won't do anything especially well, but gets a couple threes and doesn't turn the ball over.
Patterson is getting some points with all the injuries the Buck's have, he shoots a good percentage and grabs a couple rebounds, but you'll lose out a little on free throw percent.
Forget Smush, he's garbage, 2 assists per game from a point guard? Unless you are completely desperate for three's and steals he is useless.

Ranked from best to worst:
1. Patterson (Mil is hurting and Ruben is taking advantage)
2. Tinsley (good all around baller, has bad games and great games)
3. Butler (Was awesome but teammates are starting to take over)
4. Parker (I think Bryant is now both the starting SG and PG)
5. Head (only good when T-Mac is hurt)

1. Tinsley - consistent stats, minutes.
2. Head - consistent threes, minutes vary.
3. Parker - consistne starter's minutes, but in a slump this season, but is still decent.
4. Patterson - nice defensive numbers, average points/rebounds
5. Butler - way too inconsistent, I don't like that

I would say Head (because T-mac will get hurt again), Tinsley, Parker/Butler(depends on needed stat) and then Patterson.
