i don't think there is one... cajun food is pretty good though...

Creole is the race of people displaced in the French and Indian War of 1754 when England took over Nova Scotia and all the French peole were moved to Louisana. They bred with the local indians, freed and enslaved blacks, and spanish settlers.

Cajun is a form of cooking that uses okra, hot peppers and fish to make stew and sauces.
