My friend sammi showed me an email that said some really mean things about me. How do I tell her that i know what she said without letting her know my friend showedme. My friend was just being a good friend!!! I am glad that she showed me.

I was in this situation before.
What I did is that I just simply confronted the person that said all the mean things about me. When she asked how I found out, I said "things get around" and left it at that. Don't say it was forwarded to you or someone sent it to you, or the person will go looking for that "someone". And she will find that person. Believe me, I learned that one the hard way.

say it got forwarded to you by some randomn email address and just make an email address like (2ufrmme44@aol.com) just som random one and said it was forwarded to you and you read it.

Stay away from the person that is backstabbing you with mean things, and dont worry about them, for they are not worth your worry.

say you emailed it to her on accident.. eventually she will find out but until then, ignore her.
you have a way better friend.
