If it isn't pro rata, and the salary is 13-16K for 25 hours a week worked then the hourly rate owuld be between;

£10p/h and £12.31 (approx)

If it is pro rata, ie; £13-16k is what you would earn if you were working a full 39 hour week it would be;

£6.41 and £7.89 (approx)

Of course it differs based on what full time hours is to the company, to most companies it is 39 hours per week though.

it is about £8 per hour. You normally work it out by halfing the annual salary and then add one to give you an average hourly rate.
e.g. 14 / 2 = 7 + 1 = £8

I hope that makes sense!!

Based on 52 working weeks as paid then

13k = £10/hr £16k = £12.30/hr.

If facts are different.

Just multiply 25 by no. of weeks eg 52x25 = 1300

and divide answer into total pay eg 13,000 / 1,300 = 10
