He would talk about how he has defeated the Islamofacismist and stopped them from getting a holdt of nuklar weapons of massive destructions. He would talk about how he misses executin murders down in Texass in a kind and compassionate
way. He would talk about all of the wonderful low wage no benefits chicken plucker jobs so his corporate buds could make a few benjamins. He would talk about how he is going to retire with Laura and Barney down to the farm and pick up spare wood to turn into renewables energy. He would talk about the fantasy world that he lives in where people think he is a great president and the decider in chief and how him and his daddy are a goin to go fishing.
One thing is for sure. If he talks about his REAL accomplishments it will be the shortest speech in history.

A farewell address like George Washington's? What a laugh! The current moron in residence at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue doesn't even have a mind, much less compare to George Washington in stature. Anything that would emanate from Mr. Bush's mouth would be nothing but nonsensical babble in comparison. And I mean that quite literally. Listen to some of his pathetic attempts at delivering speeches. That's exactly what many of them are: babble and nonsense.

He wouldn't "talk" about anything.
He'd just mindlessly read what is on the teleprompter in front of him, not really understanding the words coming out of his own mouth.

like it or no longer, Cheney has a appropriate to chat his ideas. the present administration slams the previous one each and every threat they get. i'm particular Bush is satisfied to be out of the fray.

And I don't think it would matter what he talked about. He wouldn't know what he was talking about anyway!
