weeell!!! i was in the shower when!! i looked down and i screamed and fell!!! i didnt know a few months of not working out would screw me over like that!!!!was it not working out or the cheesecake!!!!???i couldnt even recognize my stomach DAMN DAMN!!! i hate my stomach!!!

CUT YOUR CARBS-this is how i did it cut any white carbs eat 4-6 SMALL meals and 10-12 glasses water lots of water rich veggies and LEAN protein forget the crunches do cardio 4-6 times a week 45minutes a day and make your workouts something YOU LIKE TO DO!! take a B-complex for energy
i lost 30 pounds in 4 months

well just start to go on weight watchers I went on it and lost 20 pounds after 1 month

stop eating cheesecake
otherwise eat healthy
run and have good cardio.
do some ab workouts. (thouhg that wont make it flat, itll show the muscle)

do a lot of crunches and cut out all sugar/starches from your diet
