there is so much going on in my life and im just going crazy. I smoke and it really don't work so,HELP!

Swap smoking for exercising! Going for a run all by myself is about the only thing that quiets my mind and helps me to see things clearly. If you can't run, just walk briskly, do this every time you think you need a cigarette. Instead of lighting up, take a quick walk around the block. I'm not gonna lie, the neighbors will think you are nuts! Smoking to relieve stress is counter-productive, find a new outlet!

I take a CD walkman and go for a walk an listen to some of my favorite tunes so I can unwhin. I also to take a hot bath, some candles, and some relaxing music. One of my favorite things to do is write. Write some of the things that are bothering you. Let the paper be your voice and read it back to yourself and help yourself evaluate what you like to change , or set up some minor goals for yourself. This will give you something to focus your time and mind on. So your mind doesn't drive ya mad. Been there many times. A glass of whine perhaps while your writing. I am a Christian, so I love to pray, and listen to inspirational music. Or read inspiring stories of things people have overcame. You will find one thing, there is always someone out there that has it worse than us, and when we can see that, we find that maybe we don't have it so bad afterall. Goodluck with your mind!

1. meditate
2. pray
3. run
4. walk
5. write down all of your problems in a list and figure out how to solve each one.
6. take a nap
7. Do deep breathing exercises
8. Read an inspirational book
9. See a therapist
10. Go to the movies...

Find something to do that you like that will hold your attention. Stay busy. After 72 hours you can be free. Has worked for me with a few bad habits.

I go to God and talk with him. The BIBLE is the best way and only way I can ease my mind and get the right answer to my problems.

Go to God and He will ease you mind. Guess what he want tell your business to nobody, but his Father.

I like a hot bath, music ( whatever you like ) , candles or dark. Have a nice drink.....enjoy. Remember, the simple things are usually the best.

I go to nice restaurants by myself, I will go to the movies, bowling I try and keep busy.
