I have a 2002 Chevy Venture that has been overheating a lot lately. There is anti-freeze in it and it only cools down when you go over 50 mph. Any ideas as to why this happens? Any help would be awesome!

:)

May be your fan not coming on. also it could be your thermostat. most likely its the fan since it cools down when your moving at high speeds.

sounds like your electric fan quit take it for a ride and when it gets hot open your hood and see if the fan is running chances are it is a relay or sensor .if it is not working take it to autozone and they can read your computer and say what is not working properly and it is free
