I had chicken pox when I was 7.......a BAD case of it! : (

Had them all as a child, along with German Measles and whooping cough. It was a normal childhood. I was very fortunate. I grew up in very good health and maintain that good health to this day.

I also had the chicken pox when I was 7. I had to stay home from school for 2 weeks.

I had a bad case of chicken pox too but when I was 12. I still have some scars on my back and face.

I had chicken pox when I was 5, but it was a very light case.
I have always heard that when you only have a light case as a child you can get it again as an adult, but I don't know if that is true.

Yes yes and yes. lol
When I was a kid - and EVERY durn Halloween. I missed 4 halloweens in my childhood - one I had measles - one I had mumps - one I had chicken-pox and? ONE I had my tonsils out. Guess what? They flippin grew BACK.
The only upside to all of that was one of my brothers normally had one of the above along with me - so at least I had someone to keep me company.
