No!!! They are defintely not healthy for your body. In the documentary film Super Size Me, they conducted an experiment too see how fast Mcdonalds french fried would dissolve inside the body. At the conclusion of the experiment the Mcdonalds fries did not dissolve which to me was kinda weird. The amount of Mcdonalds fries that you get with your meal can contain 400 to 600 calories or more depending on the size your ordered, which can add alot of extra fat to your body structure. I would avoid Mcdonalds and other fast food chains, since the food at these places is very unhealthy to the body and can lead to heart and liver problems as well as obesity and diabetes. I would choose more healthier places like; Baja Fresh , Chipotle, Subway, and many others.....

For the last 5 years (convenience)
Breakfast - I have Burger King - Ham/Cheese Croissant and hash browns.
Lunch - McChicken w/ cheese and large french fries
Dinner - Chicken pot pie or 2 corn dogs or whatever is quickest in the microwave.
Wife and I had blood and urine test for life insurance...All my numbers were right up the middle except good cholesterol was up and bad was down.
French Fries good or bad? I think it more depends on the person's system.

The Potato's and saturated oil's will make some fill full faster. Perhaps they will get stuffed off the fries before they eat the less healthy hamburgers and grease.

Really no. Potatoes alone stick to yor body and can clog your arteries. The grease they use added with it will just make the situation worse for your body. By the way this is the case at ANY Fast Food Restaurnat.

Let's think: they're French Fries and they're made by McDonalds. That's a double whammy of unhealthiness.

If the caloric intake is of what a person needs. I guess it would be good for a person if they had no other option for food. Just imagine how musch calories they would provide for a third world country.
