i don't think being a pervert (by which i guess you mean peodophiles) is based on sexual orientation. alot of it is to do with power and control, potentially due to some incident in their childhood, for example groups such as NAMBLA (it's real folks not just in south park) are boy love organisations this has nothing to do with gay or straight (a large proportion of these men are married with children) it is about power control and abuse, sexuality plays no part what so ever

By strict definition all perverts are queer, but they are mostly straight. Not all queers are perverts, however.
