Are you absolutely sure you love this guy? Because he seems to think he is the darndest coolest thing since darned socks.
He could be using you for his own entertainment, this mindless flirting. I don't think I would love anyone who I knew was using me.
And do you seriously want to love someone as spineless as this guy? With such bad character and obvioulsy bad morals? He can't even stay FAITHFUL to one person. Do you want to go out with a guy who you can't trust around other women?
You are worth way more then that girl! Wait for a man who actually is a gentleman and loves you back for who you are.

I think this advice is only guna help if your havin sex, but since you didnt go into detail I only came up with this.
Most guys don't know much about how to treat girls at your age. I really think you should ask him if he really likes you or if he is using you for a sex item. I know that you probably don't want to, but if you don't you will never know if he is using you for sex, 2 timing you or if he is just too shy to show how he really feels. If he says that he does like you, but you're still having those feelings, have him round and don't offer or give him sex... his reaction will tell you everything you need to know.If this guy turns out to have no interest in you, then the quicker you stop seeing him the better... you will only end up hurt.
