My teacher said it's not because I don't understand because I do. I know that I rush myself during tests so I never give my all. But my mom is gonna get mad anyway. What do I do??

Have your mom sign it and ask her to call the teacher.

Well, you seem to have only two options... fake the signature or face the situation.
I would not do the first, but I cannot pretend that I did not when I was in high school. I faked her signature at least three times. But in the end it did not fix any of my problems (surprise!)
Forget your mom. She'll get pissed off and then it will pass. That is probably not the most important thing here unless she is abusive. The question is, how are you going to prevent this from happening again?
If you're being honest with yourself and you DO know your math, the tutor will not help one bit. I suggest you either talk to your teacher or talk to your mother about getting help with exam anxiety. This is a huge issue for many people who do terrible in school in spite of knowing their stuff and working really hard. Techniques to help with the anxiety at the moment include breathing and relaxation exercises, visualization... Then there is preparation: you may know your stuff, but if you tend to get anxious, you need to know it extra hard. You need to practise until it is second nature. To the point that you do not even need to think about it. Because when you are anxious, you do not think. The least you have to think, the better (it sounds contradictory, but trust me).
For some people, it helps to prepare some fake exams and fake the situation at home. Take a fake exam, start the clock, and do it within the timeline.
For me, it works to scan the exam and start only with things that are so obvious it is painful. If the first question is confusing or frightening, look for an easy one. Starting with the easy ones will get your mind going and a little boost of confidence.
If all of them seem a blur, just breathe and close your eyes for a few minutes. Then start with what seems the easy one and go REAL slow.
Hope this helps. Are there counselors in your school? THey may be able to help with this.
best luck with mom...

Tell her to sign it, and promise her you'll take your time. A test is not the equivelant of a race. I've done bad on a test before, and was still able to pull my grade up to an A before the quarter ended, so if you really apply yourself, you could too. Just have her check your homework and make sure you understand everything.

Show it to her. No matter how bad it is, DO NOT lie to your mother, or forge her signature. The consequenses of lies are ALWAYS worse!

The worst that'll happen is maybe you'll get grounded until your next (hopefully improved) test scores. In the mean time, ask for help (or more time)... That will show that you have the desire to improve, intead of hiding your grade, and your misunderstanding/rushing with math.

Good luck!

face the music( face your mom) and take your time next time...if you know how to do the work...then do it right and take the time necessary to make sure that each has been looked over twice...if you think you have the world record for finishing a test...you should have plenty of time to proofread and correct the errors.

Give the test to your mom and ask her if she can call the teacher and ask if you can retake the test and/or have more time for taking tests.

First order of business: don't put it off. Give it to her as soon as possible. You also need to tell her what your teacher said. If she doesn't believe you, get her to call your teacher.
