i dont, think so bank robbery get bad press but banks ripped people off billions in penalty charges but are deemed respectable.
gossips have caused people to commit sucuide, in the bible their are different sorts of sins that you cannot go to court for now but will be judged for so what do you think

I have in my time met a great many prisoners who struck me as being kind, pleasant and concerned for those around them. Some of them seemed to be more the victims of circumstances than anything else and others were subsequently released, being acquitted of the charges against them after long months of custody. Meanwhile, in the world outside there were all manner of selfish, vindictive, venal, self-seeking people who caused a great deal of harm to their fellow men, but whose behaviour was unlikely to bring them to justice in this world, at least. But I believe that while such people may appear to get away with their behaviour in this life, they will ultimately be answerable before a higher court.

This is very true what you say. The majority of society throws judgement on people that actually get caught doing unrespectable or illegal things but seem to ignore that there are many other "sins" out there that should be frowned upon, too. As for the banks that "rip people off" well, they are the ones with the money! It's not exactly that they're respected, it's more that, well, THEY HAVE THE MONEY!! I don't know if you understand what I'm saying by that, but I think you do! And as for the many sins that you cannot go to court for, even though they can't be taken to court specifically for these things, such as lying or fornicating, they would still be looked down upon if you were caught doing one of these things if you were on trial So I suppose our court system is still somewhat ethical!

. Sorry, but I think your mixing things up and are very confused.

Banks may be taking advantage but they are regulated and their charges can be challenged and they are subject to competition(in theory at least)

People stealing by using violence to obtain money/property is an altogether different matter, hopefully they get caught and go to prison.

Still on current status if you change the question slightly I think many would agree that the current disasters at the 'Home office'
show in fact that the worst people are not in prison.
In many cases the authorities charged with protecting the public don't even know where they are, and even if they did they have no where to put them.
Against this they want you to believe that they are trying hard to catch people traffickers, illegal immigrants and international drug traffickers. The very people who should spend the most time in detention/prison.
yeah right!!!!

Banks are just licenced money lenders and thieving bandits! there's a lot of innocent folk in jail because they can't afford an expensive brief to fight their corner. Judgment day should produce a few surprises for the greedy and cold hearted little parasites.

The felons who rob banks are a very small percentage of those who are living in jail cells. The majority are for violent crimes; rape, murder, domestic abuse; drug crimes, armed robbery.
Any person who has caused harm or danger to someone else and has been convicted of that crime deserves to be in jail. They are unsafe to be in the outside population.
Why should the rest of us law-abiding citizens have to live in fear?

While bank fees are ripoffs, we did agree to them. (Remember that form you signed without reading?)
