I was reading someplace that some urinals (off the floor type) have a FLY image embedded in the urinal wall. Men have a tendency to aim for the fly, thus less sloppy peeing. Also, on the urinal block screen a battle ship was part of it and men would pee on the ship,instead of the floor. We men seem to be easily amused.

Actually if you turn the water off to the toilet, Flush 2 times
Take some black paint and paint a "circle" around the hole
give it few hours to dry. I twill help some of the kids aim better :-)

thats cool. I have also seen a little plastic fly that is placed in the urinal to make aim easier. The man sees the fly, and aims towards it, therefore causing him to not miss the toilet.
