The police felt there was enough evidence to turn it over to the DA. There were multiple cars involved, but Brandi's actions started the chain of events that led to the fatality.

She shares at least some of the blame on this, but whether she should go to jail has yet to be determined.

i don't think anyone should say anything yet because they are still investigating the accident. there was no drugs or alcohol involved. this was really an accident. i have been rear ended twice. the first time i had no injuries. the second time i hit my head against the airbag and had a big bruise on my face and i hurt my neck, back, shoulders and face. the people who hit did not go to jail so why should she? I could of died too.

i think people just feel so much better when someone is blamed and punished.

I think Brandy will be charged with vehicular manslaughter, but will not serve any prison time, because she has a clean record. Her lawyers will probably negotiate a good plea deal for her, afterwards i think the family will sue her in a civil case. BUT I dont know if they will get much money from Brandy. Keep in mind that she is not hot anymore. I mean "Americas Got Talent"? Seeing her on that show makes me think she would take anything to pay the bills.

Her name is Brandy and yes she deserves to go to jail. Just because she's famous doesn't mean she is exempt from the same punishment anyone else would receive.

it's a sad situation. yes, i would want her to be held responsible for her actions, but if you think about it, each and every one of us could have been in her situation and caused a deadly accident. i don't know the circumstances of the accident, like whether or not she was driving recklessly or driving way above the speed limit, but i think the police should investigate and make the appropriate judgment.

I don't think she should. What happened was an accident so why should she be charged with such a harsh charge? Thats my input.

Yes, she should because the victim died from the crash and she should take responsibility for it.
