I want to change a document of all lower case letters to all Capitals - can this be done?

In Microsoft Word, with it highlighted you can press: Control - Shift - A. All at the same time. It will toggle all caps on and off.

Assuming you're using MS Word:

highlight it
Click the format menu
Choose Font
Select the box that says AllCaps

Done!

Format -> change case

Open document in MS word
Select "ALL"
Format...Change case
Done!

there might be a font that can change it to all caps
