Out of these three the BB gun would be best if it is a gas powered multi-shot model.
None of these will really hurt the bear but a gas powered BB will provide not only repeated shots to sting / stun the bear but also provide the noise that may frighten it off.
A slingshot is too slow to reload
A boomerang is just silly.
Personally, give me a Druganov. Sniper rifle - pick the sod off from 1/2 mile away!

Assuming I had time to acquire some proficiency, the boomerang. This will down a kangaroo whereas the BB gun is useless and not being Arnold Schwarzenegger, I would be unable to tension the elastic on a catapult big enough to stop a bear.
