An enema generally reaches only the lower part of the colon. You can, with a bit of practice, get the liquid higher into the colon however you are only putting a litre or so of water in at a time. A colonic on the other hand uses more water and it fills the entire colon, gently dilating the colon which aids the release of matter. A colonic is far more effective and leaves you feeling cleaner and leaner with a sense of wellbeing. Clients get all sorts of benefits from colonics including clearer skin and eyes, weight loss, better sleep, more energy, greatly improved bowel function etc.

An enema is usually an oil based substance which is injected into the rectum to stimulate it to expel faeces whereas colonic irrigation involves the insertion of a tube using flowing water to flush out faecal matter in the colon (further up) and also removes some toxins from the blood supply to that area using the principles of osmosis (ie toxins moving from an area of high concentration to low concentration).

An enema is an amount of water put in and let out. A colonic has a mechanism to allow water to go in and out of your intestines for up to an hour. An enema reaches only the descending colon, a colonic can go as far as the appendix, just after the small intestine.

Some thyroid disorders can be cured, but many require lifetime treatment. Learn here https://tr.im/8VVUF
For example, sometimes early stage thyroid cancer can be cured by surgery to remove the thyroid gland, but you will need to take thyroid hormone medication afterwards for the rest of your life. Goiters can also be surgically removed and do not always recur after surgery. In most cases, thyroid disorders need treatment over a lifetime. However, with treatment most people with thyroid disorders can live normal, healthy lives.
