I wonder how many documents he actually stole. I bet Clinton had his hands in this. Sandy knew if he didn't dispose of the documents indicting Clinton's derelection of duty, he would end up like Ed Willey.

No more baggy pants for Mr. Berger. Seriously, it depends on what kind of a case a prosecutor can put together. Let testimony and evidence come out and let justice be served.

not sure where Sandy Pants is.
it is funny how so many people like to go on on and about all the lying and sneaking this administration is accused of doing but never a word of the dealings of the Clinton administration.

i guess whitewater is just an amusement park in atlanta.

They should make him take a lie detector test to see if those were the only documents he stole, then he needs to go to jail for treason.

Berger may have saved Clinton from being charged with treason.
He knows better than to squeal.
(Note: he was not cleared of anything. He lost his security clearance and was fined $50,000.)

He SHOULD be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, but he'll just pay off a liberal judge to get him off scat-free.
