ok look here is the deal I have been on birth control for about 4-5 months now me and my boyfirend have been having unprocted sex since then and I take my pill on the same day during the week and then a diff time during the weekend b/c I wake up late. One time I acutally accidently skiped a pill. Here latley I have been having all the sings of being prego I even had a little bit of brown discharge before the day that I was supposed to start my period but I am on birthcontrol and this hasnt happend before. I am still taking my pills so I dont know if I could be or not? What should I do and if I am prego will the pills hurt the baby?

Did you have your period?? Also yes the pill can cause major birth defects in the baby if contunied use while pregnant. If you are worried maybe you should go talk to your doctor and have a blood test done that will let you know if you are or not. Because the pill is NOT 100% it is only something like 97% or something which means there is still a posibility of getting pregnant even when taken correctly.

Go ahead and take a home pregnancy test anyways, but he way most b/c pills work is that they put you in a quasi-pregnant state, by giving you the hormones and such. You'll be feeling like you're about a month or two pregnant. Spotting is also a VERY common side effect of the pill. Stop taking them if you are pregnant, as they can hurt the baby, but take a test to be sure.

i wouldnt worry to much. just as long as u take ur pills around the same time and at least remember to take them as soon as u can and not keep missing over and over. If u are preg, i would try to find out as soon as u can and then stop takeing the pills if u are preg. Id hate for u to get so worried that u are preg and stop takeing ur pills and oops really get preg. just take a test and see what happends. Im sure the pill wont have any harm on the baby if u are preg. just make sure u find out asap so u can stop takeing them if u are. good luck and God Bless

I have heard of a lot of women getting prego on the pill!! & they say its bad for baby but if u r prego the ultrasound & blood test should let u know!!

I missed 1 pill and got pregnant. You should find out because if you are, you should stop taking the pill.

Go ahead and take a pregnancy test to be sure. You likely aren't pregnant. If you are see your doctor and stop taking the pills immediately.

you might just have one anyway. you can get pregnant on just the pill. always use a condom as well.
take a test, or go see a dr.

ok one thing i want to ask is why the hell take birth control if your gonna have unprotected sex anyways....birth control pills are not 100%...trust me...i got pregnant using condoms and the pill
