What's up with this miuchiz bratz?

I purchased a miuchiz bratz for my daughter,get this, Christmas and it still has not been registered nor do I have a user name or anything but a toy that I spent money that my daughter can't enjoy. When I click on register it gives an error message that the webste cannot be found. I have also sent several e-mail message to the help center. What is the problem?
