not doing my job riticizes what i do saying that i don't do anything when i do but when someone else does nothing she says nothing and this woman is a nurse . why does she watch me when im doing my job and fusses and not get on to those that truthfully don't do anything. when i leave work she sits out in her vehicle and watching me leave. always critical of me. there is this man who also defends things she does even though it's wrong i don't even understand that and he is a nurse as well. i am the nursing assistant but they don't even work on my hall. am under another nurse so why the concern

Put in a grievance with your union. It's more like stalking then watching. Its unacceptable.
