Being here and knowing I can help a few people. I had lunch with a friend the other day and we got into a conversation that made us both laugh until we cried. We both needed that. I love my family and friends, I'm blessed with both. I make quilts for people I care about. Just made a queen size quilt for my husbands caregiver. The quilt came out beautifully, matched the spirit of his caregiver. I'm so glad I'm alive and able to create a few things.

What really matters to me in life is being able to remember, myself first of all. This enables me to choose in the moment the thoughts that bring me joy and thereby increase my bankroll of happy thoughts. This ties in with feelings and emotion. Without memory odds are I would have a poor existence since I wouldn't be able to transform what I didn't like.

Love and books, hearing when someone says something nice about you. My boyfriend. I love to read and that is my hobby, to work with kindergarterners and help shape the future of the world. I love to day dream, my family is a big part of who I love, also my boyfriend, I just love all my friends a bunch. Books, no matter how bad they might be, I cherish everyone of them.
