Graduate or undergraduate? By your age comment -- I assume that you mean undergraduate.

I am, in fact, over 25. I got my MBA at age 45 & my PhD in Business Administration at age 49.

I have taken 14.5 years of college (four years as an undergraduate, 4.5 years studying math and philosophy in grad school ), two years getting an MBA and four years getting a PhD.

In those 14.5 yers -- the only class that I took that was completely worthless was the management class I took when getting my MBA. So, yeah -- go ahead and blow it off once in a while.

But I don't count.

Who would know better than someone over 25 who has learned the reason they wish they had or are glad they did go to their management class(es)?

Go!!!!

You'll learn skills you'll use as a parent, a friend, a child and an employee.

Don't be telling me my opinion doesn't cut it.

What's with the age bias?
Anyway, depends on how you learn. If you're like me, if i listen to it once I got it, but reading the book after missing class...forget it! Takes me twice the time as the class..so i say GO!
