Resolution to Cogeco being Blacklisted and having my send emails blocked?

The problem has persisted since I have started using my new laptop from Florida on my Cogeco.ca account based in Canada. The MS OUTLOOK settings for the account are correct. The problem is clearly with Cogeco servers (216.221.81.25 and/or 216.221.81.26) being placed on the SORBS blacklists (more than one). I have used BLacklist Monitor and MXToolBox to verify that the servers were indeed blacklisted. However, now that they are off the blacklists, I am still unable to send emails, getting an error mesage that states the blacklisting remains the problem.

Well, your send server (SMTP) may have its own rules that are different that your receive server (POP3). You might try another SMTP server. If you have relay turned enabled, make sure that you havent exceeded the daily maximum messages.

Sorry, but your question and additional details are very cryptic in nature. Its hard to actually figure out what the problems are.
