I only recently saw a couple shows of each (yes, I've been living in a cave on mars). I saw Heroes twice and 24 twice so far, and I was instantly addicted to 24, while Heroes took awhile for it's storyline to build up but got confusing.
So it's 24 for me.
You?

I like both, alot!!! Me and my husband have to tivo one show while we watch the other.

We have been watching Heroes from day one, so we have an understanding of the characters and the whole comic book story line. Then my husband got me into 24; he had surgery a couple of years ago and during his time at home a 2 marathon came on one of those stations and he's been hooked ever since!

I would suggest looking for ALL the Heroes episodes on USA I think it is. I have seen commercials a few times before this new season where they were showing all the episodes leading up to the new season. Andddddd, if you want background on Jack Bauer and CTU, the seasons of 24 are on DVD.

Keep watching, because both shows are great!

Man, you gotta get TiVo and watch both. They are the two best shows on TV right now. I have been a big fan of 24 for 3 seasons now (I came in late) but Heroes is the best new show on TV. Both will take you a while to get into but Heroes is more complex, so it will take you longer to figure out who the characters are. We aren't even fully up on who's who yet and new characters are being introduced. If I had to pick one, I'd pick Heroes by the tiniest margin. It was so good last week, I almost wet myself. Give it more of a chance and seriously dude, get a TiVo and enjoy them both!

If I knew I could only see one, it would be Heroes, because you don't know what will happen from week to week. While 24 is QUALITY TV, it is a bit predictable since it has been on 5 years before this one. That said, I would prefer not to miss either. So I watch one and record the other.

Haven't watched Heroes yet...but 24 is AMAZING. I want to know how many people that said 24 was boring or pointless ever watched a full season, because you can't judge a show on one or two episodes. Certain episodes are just more storyline focused than action focused.

Heroes is tv at its best! There is no doubt that 24 holds you attention with its action, but Heroes is a thinking man's (or woman's) show. It is complex and suspenseful. It is like a novel with characters you geniunely like and a plot that keeps you wondering what will happen next. 24 is so much more predictable.

Heroes, definetly!! This is the best written television show to come out since Lost! Never watch 24, so I can't comment on that.

Heroes is the best show on TV. The multiple plot lines and characters are great.

i love Hero's, so now i record that program.

24 is like a stressful real situation in which you are living. the hour takes minutes to happen,

this show is the most awesome, and they are making a movie, this summer.

I'm a 24 man myself. I like to watch the DVD's of season past since I didn't have time to watch them on T.V. The DVD is great because you don't have to watch comercials and save about 3 hours each season and you can watch a few episode in a row for when your really hooked. In my opinion Jack Baurer makes James Bond look like a pussycat.

I've never seen Heroes but when I see the ad's I think to myself how similar it is to stuff I've seen on 24 and am unimpressed
