I would listen to your computer's warning on this one, because Incredimail is bad news, because my anti spyware program labels that as "spyware". It has all these emoticons & smiley faces which carry spyware, which are "cookies" that get placed somewhere in your computer to track where you go on the web so a third party client knows where to put their adds, according to your web surfing routine. So, I would thank your computer for the heads -up.

Which server? SMTP? POP3? IMAP? In & Out Port numbers? Authentication? SPA?

You need to follow the instructions by your mail host exactly. Go to their website, click on help, and search for setting up email client.
