This is a 15 second clip from Youtube. It's a ufo in Japan from last August. If you pause it at just the right frame, you can see this is actually accelerating with some form of propulsion I've never seen before.

It is an interesting clip. I would say it is an Unidentified Object.
Now whether it is either Unidentifiable or Flying is matter for better equipment than 1024X768 monitor showing a video clip that is far from pristine.
Before you beat me up, let me tell you I spent 22 years in the US Air Force and another 10+ in aviation after I retired. I have more than a passing interest in things that fly. At one point I was part of an investigation of a UFO sighting. It turned out to be a smudge pot in an orange grove in Florida coupled to a very active imagination. I know there are Unidentified Flying Objects because I have seen some. One just a few nights ago. Now as far as Unidentifiable goes, there are far less of them. And, even Unidentifiable does not necessarily mean alien space ship. It doesn't mean it isn't but it doesn't mean it is. Many of these sightings are pure and simple hoaxes and I think this could fall into that category. I would love to have a first copy and some better viewing equipment. It would be very interesting to do some work on this sighting.
BTW, thanks for pointing me at the clip, I enjoyed it.

SOOOO not real ! I never understood why these videos are always blurry. The buildings are sharp....but the "UFO" is smudgey. Also....why is the "UFO" never in the middle of the screen ? If I was filming a space-ship.....you can bet it would be dead center AND zoomed in. The quality of the film around the object is somewhat different as well. At one point you can see a rectangular shape faintly flicker around the "UFO".....maybe photoshop ?
