Ok... I have to do a project for school and after like a company name do you put: a c inside a circle, a r inside a circle or a TM???

It all depends on the legal recourse taken by the company. Sometimes the company just uses a trademark, and sometimes they register the trademark. Also, services issue what are called service marks (SM). For the purposes of your project, I don't think that part is particularly important.

Well the C stands for Copywrite [check spelling over there... ">.>] and TM stands for TradeMark... so.. I'm not too sure what you should put but I'm guessing TM~

well if the logo is copyrighted you put c, if its the trademark, tm.
