I like to eat soy nut butter (peanut butter made from soybeans instead of peanuts) with ginger jelly on wheat thins. I also like salsa on triscuits and even a bowl of bran flakes with a handful of raisins and some skim milk is good...at least that's what I like...
or...how about an apple or an orange?

The best snack I know is popcorn. Use no salt, you can use other spices, if you like, I use very little Canola oil and I am accustomed to having it salt free It does take time After you palate has been cleared of salt, you will find the taste of food, such as veggies etc to be very pleasing. There are also good fats that you can use, sparingly, such as walnuts, olive oil, avocado and more. Best wishes for success

Sunkist fruit snacks have 100% vitamin C and 10% calcium. Also the fruit and Walnut salad from McD is good as well.
