If you ruptured your muscle from waht I know you have two choices.

1. Leave it be and learn to compensate without it
2. Have it surgically reconnected

hey, how it going? I ruptured my bicep tendon arm wresling, but It was near the opp. side of my elbow. It actually is better than tearing the muscle. what they did is cut me open and drilled a little hole where it was attached and put the tendon back in with a screw and sewed it up. doc said about four months and I could work out again. It took 3 months, but I don't suggest you rush it. if you don't get it fixed you can go on life with out it normally without any restrictions but it will look funny.
