Me mean or no?

Latetly I have stopped talking to many of my friends, because they talk behind myy back. Usually on Friday nights, my parents, and my friends parents hang out, while me and many of my friends go out for coffee.. etc.

All I have been doing for the past 3 weeks is been hanging with my family and talking with my parents. My friends seem to think that Im becoming a ***** and that im trying to be miss all that.

I wanna say something to them because their idiots and they have no life. But do you think im being mean or rude by acting like this? I really dont think i am.

No, you're not mean. You're just growing up.

This happens all the time as we get older. We develop new interests and the people we hung out with who still clung onto those old interests become boring. If you wanna try something new, ask them if they wanna try it out. Otherwise, it's up to you to get to know some new people in order to try out whatever it is you wanna do.

If they think poorly of you, so what? You are your own person and they don't control you. Enjoy your life how you want to, not how they want to. Otherwise, you're just giving in to peer pressure.
