what to do

Pls connect your PC direct to modem with LAN cable

download the installation CD file from D-LINK

install that file to your computer

once installed, reconnect that router again

telephone BT or your telephone line provider and that they assist you recognize if your line is energetic, if no longer then you quite wont get on till that's. Its unusual which you would be able to get on dial up in spite of the undeniable fact that maximum BB companies have 24 hour help traces, supply em a bell as nicely

Go to the D-Link website

http://www.dlink.com/

They have a pull down menu for their products, so select the unit you have.

There should be documentation and software that you can download for your router for installation.
