The sale/purchase is typically with an assignment of leases but not necessarily in cases where the lease is month to month or short term. Also, so longf as notice is given within the prescribed period by either party, a tenancy arrangement can come to an end before it is due.

The best answer I can give you is 'maybe' ... but I'm guessing that because you live in an RV in a 'camping resort' that they can 'evict you' from your spot 'at a moment's notice' and there's nothing you can do about it. A camping resort's does not have to follow the same 'landlord/tenant rules' that a 'trailer park' or apartment or house landlord does, and you are technically 'homeless' no matter how long you have lived there ... but you may try to go through the 'landlord/tenant' association for the city you live in to 'fight' your eviction, because there may be some 'circumstances' that will change your 'residency' there at least enough to require them to change your notice to 60 days instead of 30.
