What are some 'undersaturated' jobs?

What professions don't have enough qualified people to properly do the job?

Electric Power Generation

I just read an article in the newspaper a few weeks ago that some 70% of Power Plant operators are going to retire, and that there wont be enough people to replace them.

Same thing with Air Traffic Controllers - I've heard that there the same thing above is true for that profession.

Nurses for sure. I have also heard they need teachers in some parts of the country.
