RAMBUS Memory?

I have RAMBUS memory in my Dell Dimension, however, it is very expensive. Is that all that can be used in it?

Yes unfortunately, and as you have found out it is expensive. I would not recommend putting any more money into it, you are not going to be able to get your moneys worth.
