To analyze who is the most beautiful woman in the world, you need to look at which woman has consistantly looked stunning everytime she has been in front of the camera. By this I mean someone like Ashlee Simpson would be counted out because she has had modifications and therefore is inconsistant. The first time I saw Jennifer Love Hewitt, which was in a TV show I can't recall, I was taken away by here innocent beauty. Minimal make-up etc. She has always looked the same, never altered by plastic surgery, and you have to admire her looks from a natural perspective. I would have to give her the title of mose beautiful!!!!

This question was asked by the arch enemy of snow white, whenever she looked in the mirror. For a long time the mirror would say it was her, until one day the mirror said it was snow white. (or was the fairest a different meaning to beautiful?)
The question is therefore time dependent and can only be answered with a variable response which changes with the blowing of the wind and the shining of the sun.
Indeed many of the most beautiful women in the world are not yet born, and so to narrow it down to one would be extremely difficult.

Beautiful can mean many things. Diana was certainly a beautiful person, but she was also a bit troubled.
I think the most physically gorgeous woman ever was Audrey Hepburn ... She was breath taking.

There are sooo many beautiful people out there. I like the kind of woman that could just leave the house in sweatpants and a t-shirt and no makeup and still look beautiful. I think jessica simpson could pull that off, but seeing as i prefer brunettes i would say jessica beil off the top of my head. If you gave me a few more minutes i could probably think of about 5 other people i think have more natural beauty, but i don't feel like waiting=)

I think the top five hottest celeb women right now (not in order) are Jessica Alba, Jessica Simpson, Katherine Heigl, Rachel McAdams and Keira Knightley.
But other nice women are Ariel Kebbel, Holly Valance, Gia Trataglio, Eva Longoria and even though she's not a "woman" Emma Watson (Hermione from Harry Potter) is hot.
