Second of all, what surgery? And what surgery makes you look anorexic?

Hilary Duff did NOT get surgery!! I would know, i am one of her biggest fans! Yes, she is starting to get some of her weight back which is good, she's not as skinny as she was. but i like her both ways... people need to stop critizing her every f***ing day! its getting old by the min someone says something!

I personally liked Hilary before surgery since she looked fuller and it made her look more full of life, but obviously in the Hollywood world you have to be in top shape.

I didn't know she had surgery, but she DID used to be a whole lot cuter than she is now... She looks awful

if youre talking about her mouth than yah i liked her before ... and her weight loss...
at first she was WAAY too skinny but now shes at an ok weight
